In these Terms & Conditions the following words carry the meanings below:

• "Lineara", "we", "us", "our" — Lineara, registered at 118 Mittraphap Road, Nai Muang, Nakhon Ratchasima 30000, Thailand.
• "Website" — the website operated by Lineara at linearadas.world.
• "Services" — educational workshops, facilitated sessions, and membership resources provided by Lineara.
• "You", "User" — any person visiting the Website or participating in a Lineara workshop.
• "Content" — all materials, templates, guides, and resources made available by Lineara.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions in full.

By visiting our Website, submitting a contact form, or attending a workshop, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older, or that you have parental or guardian consent to engage with our services.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or register for any of our sessions.

Lineara provides the following educational programmes:

Important: All Lineara services are general education and document-organisation tools only. Nothing provided by Lineara constitutes legal advice, financial advice, estate planning guidance, or any other form of regulated professional service. We always encourage participants to seek independent professional advice for their specific circumstances.

Sessions are currently delivered from our Nakhon Ratchasima location. Availability may vary by season. We reserve the right to reschedule a session due to circumstances outside our control, and will notify registered participants with as much notice as possible.

When using our Website or attending our workshops, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current contact information when making an enquiry or booking.
• Treat workshop facilitators and other participants with courtesy and respect.
• Use the Website and any provided materials only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Lineara content without written permission.
• Not submit false information or attempt to interfere with the Website's normal operation.

We may refuse participation or access to the Website if we reasonably believe these responsibilities have not been met.

All content on the Lineara Website — including workshop materials, templates, guides, written content, and visual design — is the intellectual property of Lineara or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Thai and international copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Website content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish any content without written consent.
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any materials.
• Modify or create derivative works from Lineara content.

Workshop participants retain ownership of their own family stories and documents. Materials they share during a session remain their own property.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Lineara reserves the right to adjust pricing for future sessions.

Payment

Payment details and methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. A place in a session is only secured upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellations and refunds

• More than 14 days before the session: Full refund, less any processing fees.
• 7–14 days before: 50% refund. The remainder may be applied as a credit towards a future session.
• Less than 7 days before: No refund, but the booking may be transferred to another person or rescheduled once.

If Lineara cancels or reschedules a session for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

Our Services are provided for general educational and organisational purposes only. Lineara does not:

• Provide legal advice, estate planning advice, or any regulated professional service.
• Make any promises about outcomes or results from attending a workshop.
• Act as a financial adviser or recommend any financial products or decisions.

The Website and its content are provided "as is". While we take care to keep information accurate and current, we make no representations about its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose.

We always encourage participants to seek qualified independent advice — legal, financial, or otherwise — for any matters specific to their personal circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Lineara will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of our Website or attendance at our workshops, including but not limited to:

• Loss of income or profit arising from decisions made after attending a session.
• Loss or corruption of personal data or documents.
• Any reliance placed on educational content as professional advice.

Our total liability for any claim arising from this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific workshop or membership in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may end the arrangement between us by providing reasonable written notice. Lineara reserves the right to withdraw access to the Website or decline future bookings if these Terms have been breached.

On termination, clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution continue to apply.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand.

Before commencing any formal proceedings, both parties agree to make a genuine effort to resolve any disagreement informally. Please contact us first at [email protected].

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to mediation before either party pursues court proceedings.

• Entire agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lineara regarding use of the Website and our Services.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce a right at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent from Lineara.
• Notices: Formal notices should be sent to [email protected] or to our registered address.

Lineara may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes, we will provide notice on the Website homepage.
